The Game Changer

The next step in his journey was to start the Novel Institute of Business and Research (NIBR) with the help of seven partners in 2007. The institute offered a hotel management course and relevant knowledge to young students. But soon, the partnership would break, and Dhananjay would be brought back to square one. He had invested everything in this venture and was now left with almost nothing. But once again, he would rebuild his empire just like a phoenix rising from ashes. This time he would take the entire responsibility on his own.

The Pioneer

In 2009, he started the International Institute of Business Management (IIBM), which offered a 3-year degree course in Hotel Management. This was the first of its kind UGC and government-approved course in Maharashtra. This was one of the most challenging times in Dhananjay’s life, facing numerous challenges, hurdles, and bumps in his attempts to give quality education to students. But each time a challenge would arise, he would rise even higher and come back stronger. In 2011, after the success of IIBM, he set up Cambridge School in a small space in Chinchwad, Pune, to support children’s education. Very soon, just like his other ventures, Cambridge became one of the most popular schools in town. By 2018, IIBM and Cambridge had moved to a bigger and more state-of-the-art infrastructure in Pune, offering the best education and knowledge. In the last five years, the brand IIBM has grown out of Maharashtra and is now present across multiple states, such as Gujrat and Himachal Pradesh.

Never Stay Still, Even When the World Stops

During the Covid pandemic, Dhananjay added another successful venture to his name. He set up Indo-British Global School, which quickly spread its wings and is now present across 37 locations in India. The pace with which Dhananjay grows his brands is breathtaking. The success of Indo-British Global School was achieved within a year of its set up.
